Key Responsibilities
1. Enrollment & Records Management
- Process student registrations, withdrawals, and transfers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date enrollment and attendance records.
- Archive student and course documentation in an organized and compliant manner.
- Prepare reports for management, audits, and regulatory purposes.
- Serve as the primary contact for students, trainers, and internal teams regarding course details, schedules, and updates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries across email, phone, and online channels.
- Provide clear, concise updates on schedule changes or important course information.
- Assist learners with course-related queries, technical issues, and general support needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate help sessions, tutorials, or orientation programmes when required.
- Plan and coordinate course timetables, considering trainer availability, learner needs, and venue constraints.
- Manage logistical arrangements for in-person sessions, including room setup, materials preparation, and equipment allocation.
- Ensure all resources are ready for smooth course delivery.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other online learning tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues promptly and enhance digital learning experiences.
- Proven experience in course administration, training coordination, or similar roles within education or professional development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant digital tools.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
