WP/PR are welcome As a Course Administrator & Operations , you will be responsible for managing learner enrolments, classroom logistics, and operational coordination to ensure a seamless learning experience.Key Responsibilities: 1 Learner Enrolment & Documentation Management Oversee the end-to-end learner enrolment process Maintain and organize student records and documentation Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality of data 2 Classroom & Facility Management Manage classroom setup, scheduling, and resources Ensure training rooms are well-equipped with the necessary materials Coordinate with trainers and support staff for smooth class execution 3 Operations & Staff Coordination Oversee training materials and logistical needs Manage staff rosters and ensure proper scheduling for trainers and support teams Handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations What We're Looking For: ✔️ Strong organizational and time-management skills✔️ Experience in education administration, operations, or a related field✔️ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills✨ Why Join Us?
