Singapore Skillsforce Management Consultancy Pte Ltd Full time

1. Provide administrative and logistic support for existing and new training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits and ad hoc events

2. Take charge of full spectrum of course administration and logistic tasks including:

- Booking of training room
- Prepare of training material
- Publicity of course information
- Registration of participants
- Update the Training Administration System
- Setting up and clearing of classes
- Coordinating of travel arrangement
- Managing the supplies and vendors
- Procurement of items related to programme & events
- Timely invoicing to customers
- Timely payment to Trainers and supplies

3. Monitor course take ups, revenue and expenses of programme

4. Keep track of accurate and proper records

5. Proper accrual of expenditures related to the programmes & events

6. Comply with internal compliance and SOP guidelines and to meet up KPIs

7. Provide timely publicity of course information, issuing of course placement letters, billing to participants and payment to trainers and vendors

8. Preparation of procurement documents such as invitation and Quotation and filing record

9. Provide support and assistance to associate trainers and resource persons to ensure of smooth delivery of programmes

10. Work with other departments such as Finance, AV Technical, Admin and Estate and Customer Service to create a conducive learning environment for participants

11. Manage the database system of learning centre alumni

12. Work closely with Team Leader to provide timely course updates and raise any potential service lapses to Management

13. Work closely with Institute Development Officer to ensure programme support is timely and in accordance with Institute’s requirements

**Requirements**:
1. At least of 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative role

2. Excellent communication and written skills

3. Organised and meticulous

4. Team player and able to work under pressure and short deadlines

5. Good interpersonal and customer service skills

6. Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work

7. Good problem solving and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
