About The Role

We're seeking a seasoned International Payroll Lead to join our team at Apple Inc. As a key member of our payroll operations group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for our employees across the globe.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in payroll management to drive process improvements, enhance customer experience, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of payroll operations, including timekeeping, payroll adjustments, tax and social security withholdings, deductions, and compliance with national regulations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll processes and efficient communication
  • Develop and implement best practices to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and mitigate risks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve payroll-related inquiries and escalate issues effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in payroll management or a similar accounting role, preferably with a global focus
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance in APAC and EMEA countries
  • Excellent understanding of financial principles and the ability to reconcile payroll with financial records
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as SAP and/or ADP, with experience implementing and managing payroll systems
