Job Title: Strategic HR Operations Specialist
About the RoleThe role of a Strategic HR Operations Specialist is crucial in enhancing our organization's people foundations. Reporting to the Head of People, this individual will work closely with managers and teams across the organization to build and execute scalable HR operations.
As we continue to scale rapidly, this role will focus on implementing and maintaining efficient HR processes, ensuring compliance across regions, supporting performance management, and driving initiatives that promote employee engagement and experience.
Your Responsibilities- HR Process Management
- Develop and implement scalable HR systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Coordinate communication on people-related matters, including back-to-office programs, training, and company-wide updates.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and enrollment programs, to ensure competitiveness and compliance across APAC markets.
- Maintain HR information systems (HRIS/EOR), ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, delivering operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and empathetic support.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes, in consultation with the Head of People.
- Ensure policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently to maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive workplace.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives in partnership with business leaders and the Head of People.
- Partner with managers to ensure performance cycles, reviews, and feedback processes run smoothly and effectively.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and fair application.
- Champion initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion.
- Organize employee programs, recognition activities, and company events that reinforce company values and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and promote our mission and employer brand.
- Experience
- 5–7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, preferably in fast-growing organizations with regional or global exposure.
- Strong background in HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and engagement.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS/EOR) and data reporting.
- Knowledge of employment laws and benefits practices across APAC and EMEA is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across teams.
