Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multifaceted role involving administrative and human resources duties.

This includes managing the full range of HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, leave and training administration, employee benefits management, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR databases, prepare monthly reports, and complete authority survey forms for submission
  • Provide support across all administrative tasks
  • Assist in organizing company events and participate in corporate social responsibility activities
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, programs, and special projects
  • Support implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Perform receptionist duties when required
