Key Responsibilities
Work closely with HR Shared Service Centre on payroll matters including payroll vendor selection & management, employees’ on-boarding, renewal of contracts and offboarding
Responsible for HR daily operational work including SAP system management, leaves and attendance, benefits
Manages HR policies and related rules and regulations and update to employee handbook/company portal
Support employee caring and engagement activities.
Prepare reports and/or documents as required to government bodies, auditors and internal stakeholders
Manages company insurance (e.g. medical and work injury) and claims submission (if any)
Work pass application, renewals and cancellations
Any other projects and adhoc duties that may be assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Human Resource, Business Management or any relevant degree/advanced Diploma
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and bilingual in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with SAP HR module or other HRIS systems is preferred
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
Proactive and outgoing, comfortable interacting with employees across all levels.
