Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thermal simulations using software tools (e.g., Solidworks, ANSYS, COMSOL) to analyze heat transfer, temperature distribution, and thermal stresses within optical transceivers.
- Create and refine thermal models based on component specifications, operating conditions, and environmental factors.
- Analyze simulation results to identify potential thermal issues, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Thermal Simulation Software Proficiency: Experience with thermal simulation software (e.g., Solidworks, ANSYS, COMSOL).
- Thermal Analysis: Strong understanding of heat transfer principles, fluid mechanics, and thermal modeling techniques.
- Validation and Characterization: Experience with thermal testing, data analysis, and statistical methods.
