Lead Optical Transceiver Thermal Performance Analyst

We are seeking a Thermal Performance Analyst to lead our efforts in designing and analyzing thermal performance of optical transceivers.
This individual will utilize simulation tools to analyze heat generation, transfer, and dissipation within the transceiver's structure. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize thermal performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermal analysis, simulation, and experimental techniques. They should be proficient in industry-standard software and have experience working with complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and simulate thermal performance of optical transceivers using industry-standard software
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize thermal performance and reduce heat generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Conduct experimental testing and validation of thermal performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in thermal analysis and simulation
- Proficient in industry-standard software (e.g. ANSYS, COMSOL)
- Experience working with complex systems and developing solutions
