We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Knowledge Management Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective knowledge management strategies that drive business outcomes.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring someone with strong project management skills, knowledge of knowledge management best practices, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain knowledge management systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize knowledge management initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
