Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Knowledge Specialist to join our Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) department within the Knowledge Management team. This role involves working across various practices within the organization, enhancing skills, and leveraging industry knowledge across different sectors.

  • Support Partners and consulting staff by offering relevant expertise and resource recommendations.
  • Provide frontline support to case teams by sharing curated content, experiences, and perspectives.
  • Connect experts within the network to consulting teams.
  • Collaborate with Information Services or Practice Centers of Excellence to provide consultants with a consolidated view of internal and external knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA considered a plus. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience is preferred.
