Product Specialist Role Overview

Hegen is a leading brand in mother and baby products, dedicated to empowering mothers in their breastfeeding journey. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in driving adoption and sales across local retailers, contributing to commercial and brand success.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and service-oriented, with a deep understanding of product features, technical specifications, and competitive advantages. This includes developing an in-depth knowledge of product benefits, conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

The role also involves providing feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends. You will serve as the go-to expert for customers in stores, establishing meaningful touchpoints and promoting Hegen's brand. Additionally, you will develop sales pitches, monitor industry trends, and perform basic reporting.

We are seeking a strategic influence who can bridge the gap between the product development team, sales team, and customers. If you have experience dealing with retailers and/or consumers in a retail or consumer goods company, proficiency in at least two languages, and a pleasant personality, we encourage you to apply.
