**Job description**:
We are seeking an outgoing and assertive individual as our Product Assistant Manager (PSM), who will be the primary conduit between Operations and Logistics. You will have the autonomy to manage, mentor, and develop a team of PSA.

**Job responsibility**:

- Analyze shipment logs
- Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
- Track inventory levels
- Prepare regular reports to track day to day stocks delivery and receiving productivity
- Constantly work to improve processes
- Make suggestions for manpower and processes optimization
- Optimize employee workflow
- Determine and track stocks receiving, handling, storing activities KPIs
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members. Work cross-functionally with retail and Logistics team.
- Train, guide and evaluate new PSA.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent
- 8 - 10 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management procedures
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Ability to manage inventory
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong multi-dimensional leadership ability, enjoy working in a culturally diverse environment
- Fluency in English
- Proficient computer skills
