Product Knowledge Specialist

Job Overview

Delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets and maintaining a high level of product knowledge are key responsibilities in this role.

  • Develop enthusiasm and eagerness to learn fundamentals of visual presentation, stockroom management and customer service.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our brand's product knowledge to ensure customers receive excellent service.
  • Deliver exceptional service and attention to all consumers, providing them with information on current promotions and best-selling items.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute daily retail operations, ensuring premium service and smooth store functioning.
  • Build positive relationships with consumers and teammates, actively participating in store events and community activities.
  • Demonstrate reliability and flexibility to work varied hours and days, meeting the needs of the business.

Requirements

  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
  • Exhibit a pleasant personality and professional conduct, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment, providing excellent customer service.
  • Commit at least 4 days, including weekends and public holidays, per week.
  • Adhere to retail operating hours.
