This role is responsible for managing the faculty search process, ensuring that NTU attracts and retains top academic talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Search Process Management: Manage the entire faculty search process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and search committees to develop effective search strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
  • Records and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of search activities and candidate information, preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Policy Support: Assist the Faculty Lead in developing and implementing policies related to faculty matters.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, employment law, and best practices in recruitment.
