Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Channel Presales Engineer.
This role requires strong technical expertise in areas such as network security, endpoint security, data security, cloud security, and network performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity products, technologies, and industry standards, as well as networking concepts.
- Technical Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) exercises for customers and partners.
- Highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with channel partners to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Respond to RFI/RFPs with accurate and compelling technical content.
- Support sales to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers/partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers/partners on assigned cybersecurity products or network performance solutions.
- Assist in onboarding new partners with solution knowledge and tools.
- Any other ad hoc assigned by the supervisors.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product portfolio and competitive landscape.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with vendors and technology partners to stay updated on product developments and certifications.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 3-5 years of product presales experience in cybersecurity and network performance and monitoring solutions.
