Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cost Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, tendering, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Submission and Progress Claims
    • Prepare and submit tenders for construction projects
    • Handle progress claims and payments
    • Finalize accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Cost Estimation and Research
    • Research materials, furniture, and product costs
    • Provide accurate cost estimates for projects
  • Project Cost Control
    • Manage all project cost control from initial calculations to final figures
  • Contractor Management
    • Handle quotations and pricing with contractors
    • Evaluate contractor proposals and specifications
  • Quality and Efficiency
    • Minimize project costs while achieving required standards and quality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Singapore, preferably in interior fitting-out work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
