Job Title:
Cost Control Specialist">Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in contract administration by preparing progress claims and liaising with the client's representative on claims and variation costs.
  • Study contract documents, perform measurements, and prepare a Bill of Quantities to ensure accurate costing and project management.
  • Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims, and prepare responses to resolve any discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
