Early Childhood Educator Role

About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an educator, you will be responsible for managing a class of young children, planning and implementing curriculum programs that cater to their development, and building strong relationships with families and centre staff.

This role requires a deep understanding of child development, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that promote innovation and quality in the early childhood education environment.

In this position, you will:

  • Manage a class of children in teaching and routine care responsibilities
  • Plan and implement curriculum and programs that promote child development, innovation, and quality learning environment
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including families and centre staff
  • Develop and manage family and community programs that contribute to the community's well-being
  • Conduct routine caregiving and continuously improve service standards
  • Promote professional practice in line with our vision, mission, and values

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • EY2/L1/L2 Certificate in Early Childhood or Diploma In Early Childhood – Teaching
  • Experience working with children in childcare or preschool settings
  • Strong knowledge of child development and ability to create engaging learning experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of coaching and caregiving skills
  • Motivated, energetic, and passionate about promoting children's learning and development
