This role encompasses a comprehensive range of Human Resources functions, including employee lifecycle management, performance optimization, and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals and relevant labour laws.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring effective manpower planning and strategic talent acquisition.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including KPIs, evaluations, and employee engagement strategies to maximize team productivity and motivation.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
- Lead HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions to ensure timely compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture, leading initiatives to enhance employee morale and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with minimum 2 years of leadership role. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices is essential.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust at all levels.
- Experience in construction industry is an added advantage.
