Project Coordinator Role Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordination of all site works.

  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and document control specialists
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise structural works and coordinate with sub-contractors and clients on structural matters
  2. Evaluate workmanship standards
  3. Organize and prepare documents, daily reports
  4. Conduct daily checks on work progress, housekeeping, and safety implementation on site

Requirements:

  • Ability to assist project managers in project planning and coordination
  • Experience in civil and structural planning
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
