Site Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Planning Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from feasibility assessments to project implementation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed designs, conducting site inspections and preparing project plans. They will also research and provide estimates for projects, review government regulations and ordinances, and monitor and optimize safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed designs and technical specifications.
  • Conducting site inspections and feasibility assessments.
  • Preparing and implementing project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Researching and providing estimates for projects, including costs and timelines.
  • Reviewing government regulations and ordinances to ensure compliance.
  • Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction planning and management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
