Senior Planning Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to support one of our global clients in an upcoming large scale project in Singapore. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in planning and coordination, with a strong background in site planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support site planning activities for a FPSO project
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the planning schedule in accordance with project milestones and timeline
  • Interface and coordinate with engineers, client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on technical and operational issues
  • Attend project coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in planning
  • Vast experience in P6
  • Experience in substation/E house projects
  • Ideal preference in Marine & Offshore projects

Benefits:

  • Contract duration: 1 year contract with opportunity to convert to 2 years
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Working Schedule: Mon-Sat work week (unless work can be completed by Fri)
  • Location: Yard is at Tuas, office in Buona Vista/Kent Ridge area

Additional Information:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction, site planning, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for this role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel is required
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial
