Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Project Manager with building planning and overseeing the progress of construction works on site.

This position requires strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients, authorities, and consultants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in building planning and coordinate the execution of construction works.
  • Liaise with clients, relevant authorities, and consultants to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Review and update building shop drawings, resolving technical issues as needed.
  • Coordinate site activities with supervisors, sub-contractors, consultants, and other trades to ensure quality work.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and QA/QC procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Building and Architecture or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential, industrial, commercial, and/or institutional projects.

Familiarity with Revit, Construction, BIM, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Scheduling, Cost Control, AutoCAD, and ISO standards is advantageous.
