We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Operations Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:- To administrate workers' attendance, leave, medical certificates, etc., ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- To raise invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- To follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
