We are seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-focused individual to assume the role of Administrative Operations Specialist.
- Act as the initial point of contact for all visitors and phone calls, providing exceptional customer service skills.
- Manage daily front desk activities, including responding to incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and greeting clients in a courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records, processing correspondence, and performing other tasks essential to efficient office operation.
- Oversee general maintenance of the office environment, including janitorial duties, facilities management, and coordination of internal meetings and events.
- Prepare and track expense reports with thorough documentation and receipts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, transportation, and visa applications when necessary.
- Respond promptly to phone calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy.
- Offer personalized assistant services to senior management as needed.
