We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled professional to fill the role of Administrative Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding procedures and manage offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate training records, arrange internal and external training sessions, and coordinate with headquarters.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage employee rosters and monitor attendance records accurately.
- Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support the hiring process.
- Track and maintain leave records, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist operations in generating and compiling monthly workforce reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role is an advantage.
