Job Title:

Mosque Facilities Coordinator


Job Description:

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall environment, functionality, comfortability, security, and safety of our premises. This includes managing both hardware and software of our ICT System, providing support to our Corporate Service Unit in implementing and maintaining our infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and tools, and conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.

  • Provide support to corporate service unit in implementing and maintaining mosque's infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and tools, in compliance with legislation and policies
  • Conduct routine inspections of the mosque facilities to identify maintenance needs
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical and general building repairs

Safety and Security:

We prioritize the safety of worshippers, staff, and visitors by implementing safety procedures and protocols. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or issues promptly.

Event Support:

Assist in setting up and organizing events held within the mosque premises, including religious ceremonies, community gatherings, and educational programs.

Inventory Management:

Communication & Coordination:
