System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to provide day-to-day support for our server and virtualization environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration and VMware ESXi , with a willingness to learn additional systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration, administration, and optimization of Windows Server and VMware ESXi environments.
  • Handle escalated issues from colleagues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Implement and maintain system patching, updates, and performance tuning.
  • Manage hybrid environments (Windows + Linux) where applicable.
  • Automate repetitive admin tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Participate in system migration, upgrade, and deployment projects.
  • Document architecture, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams on integrated infrastructure solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server and VMware ESXi administration .
  • Proven experience in advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization .
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, and GPO management .
