Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Estate Administration Assistant to join our team at SAVILLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.
Main Responsibilities
- Facilities Management
- Manning Help Estates and overseeing daily operations
- Assigning workstations and issuing keys to clients
- Booking facilities and coordinating with technical teams
- Reporting and Record-Keeping
- Preparing monthly reports for Senior Facilities Manager
- Maintaining fault reports and tracking KPIs
- Administrative Support
- Generating reports and trends
- Undertaking other related duties as stipulated by the client
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Diploma holder/ Higher Nitec/ Nitec or other relevant professional certifications and at least 3 years of relevant working experience
Key Skills
Candidates should have skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Administration
