We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Estate Administration Assistant to join our team at SAVILLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management
    • Manning Help Estates and overseeing daily operations
    • Assigning workstations and issuing keys to clients
    • Booking facilities and coordinating with technical teams
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Preparing monthly reports for Senior Facilities Manager
    • Maintaining fault reports and tracking KPIs
  • Administrative Support
    • Generating reports and trends
    • Undertaking other related duties as stipulated by the client

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Diploma holder/ Higher Nitec/ Nitec or other relevant professional certifications and at least 3 years of relevant working experience

Key Skills

Candidates should have skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Administration
