
Business Partnership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Partner Development Manager.
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in SaaS, cPaaS, enterprise software, or partnership management, preferably with a strong background in partner or customer management in enterprise SaaS/API environments.
They will be responsible for facilitating partner integration of business messaging products, managing enablement efforts including training, partner inquiries, and resource education. They will also assist in developing and executing GTM strategies to grow the partner ecosystem and accelerate business messaging adoption.
The Partner Development Manager will track and resolve partner escalations efficiently by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations. They will collect and communicate partner and market feedback to internal product and engineering teams to influence product improvements.
In addition, they will manage partner sales and program activities such as business plan execution, deal tracking, contracting, and incentives management. They will identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to expand the business messaging ecosystem in GCR.
Key qualifications include full professional fluency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin, strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with business messaging platforms and partner ecosystems in the Greater China Region is a plus. Experience working in high-growth technology environments, strong negotiation, onboarding, and partner relationship management capabilities, and a strategic thinker with a focus on scaling partnerships and driving business outcomes are preferred skills.
