Order Management Specialist

Key Role Summary:
- This is an 18-months contract position based in Changi Business Park.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order Support Assistant to join our team. As an Order Support Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders and resolving any issues that may arise.
Your primary responsibility will be to use the SAP Order Management System to process new orders and order changes. You will also assist in projects related to process standardization, Continuous Process Improvement, and process automation using tools like AI and RPA.
In addition, you will be responsible for understanding order pricing logic and applying initial pricing issue analysis. You will also assist in resolving order pricing issues and manage customer business partner records and other customer parametric setups.
Another key aspect of your role will be to identify order data issues, perform preliminary investigations, and escalate to higher management and IT for further troubleshooting and resolution. Finally, you will be required to report as needed to confirm proper execution of Order Management processes.
Requirements- Minimum Diploma holder; Fresh Graduates welcome.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Open to working with AI technology.
- Advantageous if experienced in Order Management module in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise System Flori Apps platform.
- Able to quickly learn to accurately execute order entry and order change processes adhering to standard operating procedure.
- Write clear, polite communications via email.
- Communicate verbally in a diplomatic manner.
- Multitask on daily operational responsibilities as well as project-related work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team environment.
Tuesdays-Saturdays, 5am to 2pm, and during Singapore holidays when US is not on holiday.
