Job Opportunity

The Marketing Director will develop, implement and evaluate strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand recognition.

  • Design and execute compelling content strategies for digital platforms, advertisements and promotional materials to effectively communicate the brand message.
  • Oversee social media channels, crafting engaging posts and interacting with the online community to boost brand presence and reputation.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive positioning, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Plan and manage marketing events and promotions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, media and other stakeholders to amplify marketing reach and impact.
  • Monitor and report on marketing initiatives, utilizing analytics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
