Customer Experience Excellence Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experience.
This role involves managing office operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the timely and seamless transport of sensitive goods.
Your attention to detail will support your colleagues in performing at their best, making a meaningful impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of specialists to deliver high levels of customer excellence through organizing and supervising all orders.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and work with key stakeholders to prepare and execute growth plans.
- Maintain accurate data quality, ensuring all systems are up-to-date promptly.
- Skill and train team members in industry knowledge, customer care, processes, and systems.
- Act as an escalation point for corrective actions to prevent customer complaints and report incidents and hazards as required.
- Monitor operational performance of suppliers and implement corrective or preventative actions as needed.
