Customer Service Ambassador Job Description

The primary role of a customer service ambassador is to provide exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless interactions with existing and potential customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone and walk-in enquiries, respond to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining smooth operations and scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Be the face of the company during interactions with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their healthcare concerns.
  • Communicate the benefits of various treatments and services offered by the clinic to customers.
  • Perform ad-hoc activities assigned by the Branch Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a customer-facing role in a similar retail/TCM/wellness industry.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Mandarin required for TCM prescriptions.
  • Customer Service: Passion for providing superior customer service and addressing customer concerns.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced customer-facing role.
