Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle inquiries, bookings, and contract processing.
  • Explain rental terms, pricing, insurance options, and safety guidelines.
  • Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Assist with vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Promote additional services.
  • Coordinate with teams for vehicle availability and maintenance.
  • Process payments, refunds, and security deposits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent; diploma in business or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
