Customer Service Professional

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Financial Sales professional to provide exceptional service to walk-in customers while introducing them to financial products from our partner bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and professional service to walk-in customers.
  • Identify potential customers for insurance, banking, and financing solutions.
  • Generate leads and referrals for partnered financial institutions.
  • Advise customers on the most suitable financial products.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail or financial services.
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

  • Work hours: 44 hours per week, with a rotating Saturday and Sunday shift.
