We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Singapore as Service Crews. The role involves preparing the store for daily operations, providing exceptional dining-in, take-away, and delivery service to customers, hosting with a smile, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the store for daily operations by setting up equipment, cleaning the premises, and restocking inventory.
  • Deliver outstanding service experience to every customer by being attentive, responsive, and courteous.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently as a cashier, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation compliance according to regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cooking skills, including preparation of menu items, cooking methods, and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize duties accordingly.
  • Knowledge of recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques, ensuring quality and consistency in menu offerings.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Awareness of food quality and safety protocols, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and manage cash register effectively.
  • Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, its preparation, and presentation.
