As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. This role requires strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Evaluate customer information to offer personalized services.
- Verify customer details and process new account set-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Perform administrative tasks and analyze outlet reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide constructive feedback on the customer service process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Minimum Diploma & above.
- Positive working attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Basic IT skills required for administrative work.
- Able to commit to retail working hours.
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
