We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Platform Specialist to provide advanced support, performance optimization and root cause analysis for enterprise-level e-commerce platforms. This role involves working with global clients to ensure system stability, troubleshoot complex issues and deliver timely resolutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical assistance for Ecommerce, diagnosing and resolving intricate problems.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Optimize application performance and guarantee platform reliability and high availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Support clients on cloud-hosted platforms (AWS, Azure) and recommend enhancements.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions and best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain strong client communication and ensure compliance with SLAs.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Ecommerce architecture and implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, JSP and REST APIs.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting, debugging and performance tuning.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent client-facing communication, analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a global support environment with 24/7 availability as needed.
