  • Conduct next generation electronic medical records training for students and guide them through the posting process, including briefing sessions, assessment requirements, and application processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student postings and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use data to track outcomes, identify trends, and suggest improvements to the posting program.
Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years' work experience in an administrative related role, preferably in an educational or healthcare institution
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational ability, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and monitor projects while providing administrative support
  • Able to work independently, yet be a team player simultaneously
  • Proficient in computer skills and MS applications
