Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Medical Education Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage undergraduate student postings to our hospital, ensuring alignment with academic requirements and institutional policies.
  • Coordinate posting schedules and necessary documentation.
  • Conduct Next Generation Electronic Medical Records training for students.
  • Guide students through the posting process, including briefing sessions, assessment requirements, and application processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or healthcare institution.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer skills and MS applications.
