The Senior Assistant Manager Medical Affairs Education will oversee the coordination of student attachments with various stakeholders across multiple professions. This role involves delivering comprehensive training on Next Generation Electronic Medical Records to students.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire process of student postings to the hospital, ensuring alignment with academic requirements and institutional policies.
- Coordinate posting schedules and necessary documentation, collaborating with department heads and clinical educators to enhance training methodologies and curricula.
- Provide foundational Next Generation Electronic medical records training for students and guide them through the posting process, including briefing sessions, assessment requirements, and application processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student postings and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders, using data to track outcomes, identify trends, and suggest improvements to the posting program.
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or healthcare institution.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling confident engagement and consultation with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational ability and high attention to detail.
- Ability to set priorities, multitask, and provide administrative support.
