Banking Industry Practice Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as an Industry Practice Lead (IPL) in Banking.

  • The ideal candidate will possess considerable experience and deep technical expertise.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders and client C-Suit to maintain existing relationships and foster new ones.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert and supporting clients' interpretation and application of industry best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing credibility and confidence in Moody's products with prospective clients through sales activities, thought leadership, and industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying clients' needs and leading solution design to address these needs.
  • Working with internal partners to define the value proposition and facilitate go-to-market activities.
  • Driving sales and customer engagement by leveraging industry expertise and building strong relationships.
  • Routinely gathering and sharing client feedback to drive product development and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or consulting services.
  • Familiarity with regional and global banking regulatory landscapes and market trends.
  • Hands-on experience in credit risk modeling, lending decisioning, and workflows, portfolio management, stress testing, climate risk management, and stress testing.
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and client C-Suit.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field.
