Job Title: Senior Influencer Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to oversee the development and execution of innovative influencer marketing strategies in Singapore. Your expertise will drive growth and client success through impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize all influencer marketing operations within Singapore
  • Manage the Influencer Marketing Team in Singapore, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to translate client briefs into creative and effective campaign proposals
  • Execute and implement strategic influencer marketing campaigns across Singapore
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
  • Facilitate client meetings to understand requirements and plan successful campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring contract compliance and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
  • 3-5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Engagement, or Public Relations
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, project management, written, and verbal presentation skills
  • Experience in livestream management and set-up
  • Equally adept as a creative and strategic thinker
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
