We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Enquiry and Survey Support Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a real impact in the field of public service, working closely with our research team to support national policy efforts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming enquiries through calls and emails in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Guide respondents through survey completion, addressing questions and providing clarification as needed
  • Conduct survey interviews via phone and assist individuals who require follow-up to complete their responses
  • Identify inconsistencies in responses and apply appropriate questioning to clarify
  • Interpret survey questions and explain their intent to support respondent understanding
  • Ensure project timelines and key performance indicators are met

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of call centre experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Office or similar systems
