Job Opportunity:

Our company is seeking a skilled technician to join our team as a senior product support specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical tools, with a strong background in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).

  • Location: Tampines North
  • 5 days work
  • Working hours follow client's working schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation of products through routine checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide technical support for any issues related to products, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Prepare operational reports and documentation, and perform ad-hoc tasks for the robotics operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical tools, with experience in AMR and AGV.
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, overtime, and be deployed overseas when required.
