We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services. You will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our users, resolving incidents and issues efficiently, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently
  • Providing clear and timely communication to users and stakeholders
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Identifying root causes of incidents and implementing remediation actions
  • Proposing solutions to prevent recurring issues

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have good knowledge of SQL, UNIX platform, and experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell script, and PowerShell.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience with DevOps tools and technologies like GitLab, Ansible, Jenkins, Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Control-M, KAFKA, Confluence, Jira, and MQ Series
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services
