Marketing Communications Role

This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing communications strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audience, and drive business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create compelling content such as copywriting for brochures, digital materials, and social media content, along with production of imagery and videography that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
    • Manage Marketing Communications: Act as a liaison between the marketing communications department and internal teams or agencies on marketing plans and activations.
    • Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and/or event to promote the hotel, spa, and dining establishments.
    • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing-related expenses to ensure marketing efforts remain effective.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements.
    • Brand Equity: Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
