Senior Communications Specialist

About the Role:

The Senior Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the communications strategy for our organization, collaborating with business units to communicate strategic goals and ensure a unified message.

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans, incorporating corporate branding, digital marketing, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Create compelling content, including visual materials, to convey our organization's mission and vision.
  3. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including media, vendors, and internal teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Comms and Brand Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support outreach efforts, strengthen brand presence through corporate branding, and manage external agencies/vendors.
  • Digital Marketing and Content Creation: Drive social media strategy, clear content for social media posts, and monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Public Relations and Media Engagement: Develop media strategies for high-profile events, curate external agencies/vendors, and drive public relations efforts.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, design, digital communications, or marketing communications.
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills, with ability to deliver quality work within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • A strong team player with self-motivation, proactivity, and multitasking abilities.
